Whitcraft Engineering provided sealed drawings for updated electrical system to satisfy total power requirement of 120KVA, July 2016

• Completed site walk and identified problems
  • Reviewed emergency repairs completed and existing on site
  • Advised replacement of Zinsco and Federal Pacific Electric equipment considered a fire hazard
  • Determined complex power provided is below minimum NEC requirements
• Prepared / presented PowerPoint outlining engineering design fees
• Designed new electrical service to meet code requirements
  • Service size required conversion to three-phase service and three transformers to provide 240V single phase service to three sections of park
  • Designed system dividing up the park into three parts, each receiving service from a different phase with pedestals and a large powered service panel
